Condition: If you have any questions, please email me at info@WhiteCloudJewelers.com before purchasing. I am very critical of condition. However many items are antiques and estate pieces and therefore not new, so a little wear is expected. I work hard at accurately identifying pieces, and providing quality images. All sales are final, unless it is ascertained that an item has been unintentionally misrepresented. Expedited Sales: If you need an item immediately for a special occasion, please contact me by email (info@WhiteCloudJewelers.com) for payment and shipping options before purchasing. Purchase & Shipping Acknowledgement: I will email the you within three days with your tracking number. If you haven't heard from me, please email me at info@WhiteCloudJewelers.com. I am just one person. Sometimes life happens and I can't send or answer an email immediately. The Fine Print: Payment: I prefer PayPal, but will accept a United States Postal Service (only) Money Order sent by USPS mail, when arrangements are made prior to purchase. You can use your checking account or credit card through PayPal. PayPal costs the buyer nothing. No Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks, or Traveler's Checks. Outside the USA, payment through PayPal only. Shipping: I do not charge a handling fee for most items. A handling fee, if any, is in the listing. The shipping cost is calculated automatically when you place an item in the shopping cart. Shipping is based upon total weight of all items. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS and FedEx Ground, depending on the item being shipped. I usually ship on Tuesday and Thursdays where payment has been received by noon the day prior. I have only done a little International shipping; I will assume buyer understands shipping between the USA and their home country. I will not falsify Customs documents. Refund & Return Policy: All sales are final, unless it is ascertained that an item has been unintentionally misrepresented. Returns are available only if item is not as described and buyer notifies seller within 3-business days of receipt. If the item is not as described I will refund the purchase price and shipping charges one way. The item must have my security mark intact. If the item is broken in transit, the purchaser must cooperate with the insurance carrier to complete the claim. Keep all packing material.
